I ran the auto update for wordpress 2.7 today… Its a new blog with little risk involved, I don’t have many plugins.. so it was no brainer really.. Everything updated perfectly without any probs.. below is a list of plugins which worked for me on 2.7 – respect & kudos to all those who provide & support these..

I don’t believe the update caused the corruption of any plugins or widgets. As I hear it was simply a base code update to remove a few bugs and it also added a little speed to the admin area (which for my money was already nippy).
